Junior Sales Analyst (m/f/d)

Create reports using PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, SAP
Monitor the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to ensure that it is kept current
Export forecast data from the CRM into Excel to create forecast reports
Deliver reports and analyses as needed from SAP
Provide weekly reports showing sales representative and regional performance against goals (sales funnel metrics, design wins, revenue)
Manage a list of sales target accounts, updating progress on a regular basis based on inputs by the team members
Coordinate resources and logistics needed for events (sales meetings, etc)

3+ years of experience in sales operations or management assistance
Experience creating sales or business data reports
Strong command of PowerPoint, Word, Excel – (pivot tables, etc)
Associate Degree or higher is preferred
Experience in sales data analysis is preferred
Experience with SAP or other ERP system is preferred
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Have strong organizational skills, as well as a high sense of responsibility
Have high attention to detail while prioritizing multiple tasks
Strong hands-on mentality and ability to work independently
Be able to handle confidential information professionally, without compromising company or personal information
