To make sure you learn everything there is to know about congatec & your chosen career, you will be on a customized rotation schedule that will have you working on exciting tasks in each new department.
Azubi Meet-Ups
Share your ideas for new projects or day trips at our regular Azubi Meet-Ups.
Transport allowance
congatec will pay a transport allowance for your transit to vocational school in Passau.

During your apprenticeship, you will continue to learn and grow both personally and professionally at our regular Azubi training sessions.
Azubi lunches
Once a month, all Azubis and their mentor-instructors meet for lunch – and congatec picks up the tab!
Exam prep & in-house study groups
You're about to take your interim or final exam?
At congatec, you receive the best support to make sure your exams go smoothly.
Job fairs and trade fairs
Our team is always on tour!
You are welcome to support us at the big trade fairs or share your personal congatec story with prospective apprentices at a job fair – no one is better suited to advertise our Azubi program than those who are right in the middle of it!

1. Year of training: 1.100,00 €
2. Year of training: 1.200,00 €
3. Year of training: 1.300,00 €
4. Year of training: 1.350,00 €

Are you convinced?
How does the application process work?
1. You apply for an apprenticeship position with your complete
application documents: covering letter, CV and any relevant certificates
2. Our training team will review and assess your application documents
3. We will then invite you for a “get to know you” personal meeting
4. To see if you will like working for us, you will complete a ‘trial’ working day
5. Once all ‘obstacles’ have been overcome by yourself, you will receive from us a training contract
6. We will then be pleased to welcome you to our #teamcongatec
